The 4th Cadre Training Conference in 2019

On December 26, 2019, the three-day cadre training conference was successfully concluded at Conference Room 104 of L&K Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
This training conference is different from the previous three sessions. It was simultaneously held at the main venue in Suzhou and 10 sub-venues at Wuhan Hongxin (HSMC) construction site, Mianyang Huike construction site, Qinhuangdao construction site, Changxin construction site and Chongqing Branch, etc.

The courses in this training were divided into four categories: consensus, key subjects, experience learning and experience sharing.
The consensus courses were mainly provided by General Manager’s Office, Human Resources Department, Materials Department, Bidding and Commerce Department, Cost Center, Center for Environmental Protection, Security and Health and other departments.
The courses of key subjects were mainly provided by General Manager’s Office, Cost Center, Technology Department and Operation Division 1-6.
The courses of experience learning were mainly provided by Design Department, R&D Center and Operation Division 1-6.
The courses of experience sharing were mainly provided by Operation Division 1-6.
This training conference is held to sum up experience, overcome difficulties, learn lessons, constantly enrich the cadres’ professional knowledge and help them get solid basic skills. The three days of training and learning have benefited all the trainees a lot, further improved the trainees’ professional quality, enhanced their core competitiveness and strengthened the cohesion of employees.
