On the Journey with the Scorching Sun, the Cloud Helps Build the Future

It’s very hot in Jiangsu in July. At the moment, in the training classroom at No. 33 Fangda Street, the shutters block the rolling heat wave, but they can’t block the learning enthusiasm of the new colleagues. The training time for new recruits started from July 11 and ended on July 13. The main venue was located in Suzhou headquarters, and 13 sub-venues were set up for Hefei Changxin Project, Huai’an Pengding Project, Nanjing TSMC Project, Wuhan Yangtze River Storage Project and Shenzhen Liding Project, respectively, involving more than 110 people in total.

The six words “professionalism, innovation, leadership, waste reduction and responsibility” are the best reflection of our corporate culture in L&K Engineering. I hope all new colleagues may fit in L&K Engineering as soon as possible”, that’s the first lesson delivered by Mao Zhihui, General Manager. Mr. Mao always has high exceptions for new employees, hoping them to cherish the stage of L&K Engineering, realize the ideal together and create a bright future!

The training content ranged from corporate introduction, corporate culture, food, clothing, housing and transportation to various professional systems, from personnel administration to operation design, from air conditioning system overview to CAD operation, from work attitude and discipline to quality management to the standards for establishing purchase orders. The artful lecturers and concentrated colleagues made the room echoed with the aftermath of knowledge, full with thirst for knowledge on the Internet.

With the departure of the last student and the press-down of the last switch, the venue became quiet again, but all things were not so ended. For a short period of three days, it was the handover of the flame, and the lights had hovered, and even if there was heavy rain ahead, it would not break the will of colleagues who inherited the spirit of L&K Engineering to move forward. In future, among them, there will be pillars shouldering important responsibilities under L&K Engineering, and the future of L&K Engineering has been closely linked with them.
